Panel Sanding Wide Belts
Antistatic paper and cloth belts for calibrating and finishing MDF, chipboard and solid wood panels.
Belts are joined on automated presses with a sine-wave splice that passes the contact drum without chatter marks, and the antistatic backing keeps dust off the belt and the panel.
Every belt is checked for joint strength and tracking before it leaves the plant. Any size up to 2620 mm width is made to order — most sizes ship within days.
