Wide-belt converting capacity doubled with new slitting line
A second precision slitting and joining line is now running, cutting wide-belt lead times to days across all backings.
A second precision slitting and joining line came online at our Istanbul plant this January, doubling wide-belt converting capacity.
The new line handles jumbo up to 2620 mm and joins both sine-wave and butt splices with automatic tension control. For customers this means shorter, more predictable lead times — most wide-belt orders now ship within five working days regardless of backing.
